In 2014 I bought an ex-display model gas stove from this company. In the months that followed, I had reason to contact them with some after-sales queries. The customer service I received was, frankly, appalling. I tried phoning them with my questions...they repeatedly said they'd get back to me with an answer but failed to do so. I tried email....but they wouldn't respond. It became very worrying and stressful. Fortunately I found a very good gas engineer who went out of his way to help. If it hadn't been for his advice and expertise I'm not sure what would have happened. I'm writing this review to warn others to be careful before buying from this company.
